We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic, with a room that had a balcony offering stunning views. The room was well equipped with a safety deposit box and a spacious bathroom featuring a rain shower. We were impressed that we could pay in either CZK or EUR, with a fair exchange rate to EUR. The breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide range of choices to satisfy any palate. The wellness facilities, including the pool and saunas, were comfortable, clean, and stylish. The staff spoke both German and English, making communication effortless.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a great stay here! The hotel had a range of facilities, including a pool, saunas, and a spacious bathroom in my room. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the fact that the staff spoke German and English, and that I could pay in either CZK or EUR.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided a great breakfast buffet with a wide range of choices and very stylish and comfortable pool and saunas. the staff at the reception was very helpful in providing information about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. the location of the hotel was also very convenient since it was close to many shops and restaurants.

Rooms are well-maintained and feature safety deposit boxes, while the bathrooms are spacious and equipped with rainfall showers. the included breakfast buffet receives high marks, with a great variety of foods available. Guests can unwind at the stylish pool and sauna facilities while the multilingual staff is always on hand to make sure guests' needs are met.
The hotel decor might not be to everyone's taste, but that is a matter of personal preference.

The wellness facilities were top-notch with a comfortable pool and stylish saunas. I really appreciated the cleanliness and relaxation during my weekend here. the staff at the reception were helpful and informative.
the wild animal decor on the wall was not my style and seemed out of place in the current era. Finally, it was frustrating that the restaurant only took orders until 8 pm and breakfast ended too early at 10 am.
